WOODLAND ROCK

CHOREOGRAPHER: William Sevone (January 13th 2004) email: williamsevone@yahoo.co.uk
COUNT: 32
TYPE: 1 Wall Line Dance
LEVEL: Advanced Beginner
MUSIC: Norwegian Wood by The Beatles-122 bpm (Rubber Soul / 1962-1966 - The Red Album)

Choreographer's note: The emphasis is on every 4th count, where there is a slight exaggeration of
the move, similar to the technique within (say) the Waltz or Polka. For ease of learning that
count is in Bold Italic lettering. It is suggested that even though a number of the step
combinations are repeated, the timing and other factors will cater for those looking towards
progressing from Advanced Beginner to Intermediate level. For those intersest in the music - the
main sounding instrument used is the Sitar played by John Lennon.

Dance starts on the vocals with feet slightly apart and weight on the right foot.
