Variations: No Variations.

Suggested Dance Style: Even though not performed at a fast paced tempo,
Stoked! is a fast paced dance that makes many sharp, quick and expressive
directional changes and movements. Stoked! is best performed to songs that
are best suited for the Shimmies. Movements and stomps should be sharp and
expressive while the turns should be smooth. There should be a subtle weight
transfer from the left foot to the right foot during the shimmies.

Suggested Songs/Types Of Songs: Songs with a spicy Latin, upbeat Rhythm and
Blues, Techno or Rock influence. Songs like Conga, Strokin',
Can't Touch This, Wild Wild West, Little Shoes, I Feel Lucky. Wild Man,
No One Else On Earth and Electric Slide/Boogie.

Comments: Stoked! was developed for the 1993 Advanced Division Line Dance
Finals at the Denim And Diamonds Line Dance contest in Arlington, Texas.
Stoked! is an excellent dance to perform in place of the Electric Slide
(slower songs) or the Wild Wild West Boogie (faster songs)."SLO Town."
