RIGHT HEEL HOOK - RIGHT HEEL SWIVELS

1 	Touch Right heel forward
2	Hook Right foot over Left knee
3	Touch Right heel forward
4	Step Right foot together
5	Heels to right side
6	Heels back to center
7	Heels to right side
8	Heels back to center (weight is on Right foot)

KICKS

	(Add "strut" to these steps by twisting "opposite" shoulder in
	direction of the kick - i.e. on Left kick, twist Right shoulder
	forward and Left shoulder back) 
	(Hands should be on hips for the Ladies, at the waist for the Men)
9	Left foot kick forward once
10	Step back in place
11	Right foot kick forward once
12	Step back in place
13	Left foot kick forward once
14	Step back in place
15	Right foot kick forward once
16	Step back in place

LEFT HEEL HOOK - LEFT HEEL SWIVELS

17 	Left heel forward
18	Left heel across front of Left leg
19	Left heel forward
29	Left foot step in place
21	Swivel heels to the Left
22	Swivel heels back to center
23	Swivel heels to the Left
24	Swivel heels back to center (weight on Right)

BACKWARD PIVOT - KICKS

	(Add "strut" to steps 29-32 by twisting "opposite" shoulder
	in direction of the kick - i.e. on Left kick, twist Right
	shoulder forward and Left shoulder back) 
	(Hands should be on hips for the Ladies, at the waist for the Men)
25 	Step back with Left
26	Step back with Right
27 	Pivot a 1/2 turn CCW by bringing Left foot back (weight on it)
28	Kick Right foot forward
29	Touch Right toes beside Left foot
30	Right foot kick forward
31	Step Right foot down
32	Bump hip slightly to the Left (weight is now on Left)

STRUTS

33	Place Right heel down
34	Place the ball of the foot down
35	Place Left heel down
36	Place the ball of the foot down
