MONTEREY TURN WITH 1/4 TURN, STEP, SLIDE, ROMP

1	Point right toe to right side
2	1/2 turn right and step right next to left
3	Point left toe to left side
4	1/4 turn left and step left next to right
5	Step right on right foot
6	Slide left foot next to right
&7	Step back on left foot, touch right heel forward
&8	Step right foot in place, touch left toe next to right

For the first step of Monterey turn, release right hand, lady will pass
man's left hand over her head and goes behind the man's belt, take the
right hand back behind the man's belt

CHARLESTON, KICK WITH 1/4 TURN, JAZZ BOX, SCUFF

9	Step back on left foot
10	Touch back with right toe
11	Step forward on right foot
12	Kick forward with left foot with 1/4 turn right
13	Step across right with left
14	Step back with right foot
15	Side step left
16	Scuff right heel next to left

The dancers keep holding hands behind the man's belt for the charleston
steps and release right hand when doing the forward kick with left foot

TURNING VINE RIGHT, HEEL JACKS

17-19	Full turn right stepping right, left, right
20	Touch left toe next to right

When starting the turning vine, release left hand, lady passes under
the right hand, take back left hand in a sweetheart position
(lady on man's right side) to do the heel jacks

&21	Step back on left foot, touch right heel forward
&22	Touch right ball in place, step left foot next to right
&23	Step back on right foot, touch left heel forward
&24	Touch left ball in place, step right foot next to left

TURNING VINE LEFT, CROSS ROCK, TURNING SHUFFLE, STEP

25-27	Full turn left stepping left, right, left

When starting the turning vine, release right hand, man passes under
the left hand, take back right hand in a sweet heart position

28	Cross right foot over left
29	Step back on left
30&31	Shuffle on right side with 1/2 turn right
	stepping right, left, right

Do not release hands for the turning shuffle,
the lady is now on man's left side

32	Side step left

CROSS, POINT, CROSS, POINT, REVERSE SAILOR SHUFFLE, CROSS, STEP

	DO NOT release hands
33	Step behind left with right
34	Point left foot to side
35	Step across right with left
