5&6	With right hip angled right shuffle back right, left, right
7&8	With left hip angled left shuffle back left, right, left

SIDE STEP, TOGETHER WHILE CIRCLING HIPS RIGHT, THEN LEFT

9-10	Step right with right rotating hip half circle, touch left beside right
11-12	Step left with left rotating hip half circle, touch right beside left

SHUFFLE FORWARD, ROCK STEP

13&14	Shuffle forward right, left, right
15-16	Rock forward left, recover right

SHUFFLE BACK, ROCK STEP

17&18	Shuffle back left, right, left
19-20	Rock back right, recover left

21-22	At right angle step right with right, still angled step left foot in front of right
