1-2	Step side Left, Pop shoulders forward and chest back
&3-4	Step Left together, Step side Right, Pop shoulders forward and chest back
5-6	Slide Left to left forward diagonal, Slide Right to right forward diagonal
&7-8	Step out Left, Step out Right putting hands forward at hip level,
	Pull hips forward pulling hands in towards hips

1-2	Turn 1/4 right to face 3:00 and step side Left, Touch together Right
3-4	Step side Right, Step together Left
5-6	Kick side Right hopping on Left foot to left side twice
7&8	Jog in place on Right, Left, Step together Right

1	Roll both shoulders forward and down
2	Leave shoulders in position and push head forward
3	Leave shoulders in position and pull head back to neutral position
4	Roll shoulders up and back to neutral position
5	Twist upper body 1/4 left and reach hands forward as if you were holding bike handle bars
6	Twist lower body 1/4 left to match upper body facing 12:00
&7&8	Step side Right, Touch Left to left side, Step together Left, Touch Right to right side

1-2	Jump both feet forward, Jump both feet back
3	Hop onto Left turning 1/2 over left shoulder to face 6:00
	swinging Right foot out and around
4	Step together Right
5-6	Touch back Left swinging Left arm in circle forward up and back, Step together Left
7-8	Push Right elbow out to right side and press weight over Right foot,
	Push weight back over Left foot and turn 1/2 over left shoulder to face 12:00
	stepping side Right and pushing Right elbow out to right side

1&2	Triple step Left, Right, Left to side left
	OR variation: 1) "Punch" side of Right thigh with Right fist,
	&) Step together Right, Step side Left
3&	Circle both arms forward-up-and-back, Finish circling arms ending forward
	with fists together at chest with Right elbow angled up and Left elbow angled down
4	Push arms forward away from body
5&	Punch Right fist down and back, Punch Left fist down and back
6&	Punch Right fist forward at chest level, Punch Left fist forward just over Right fist
7-8	"Hammer" Right fist over Left fist, Hammer Right fist under Left fist

1-2	Slow 2-count counterclockwise hip roll with Right foot chugging 1/8 turn left
	while circling Right arm overhead counterclockwise like a lasso
3-4	Slow 2-count counterclockwise hip roll with Right foot chugging 1/8 turn left
	while circling Right arm overhead counterclockwise like a lasso
	(end total 1/4 turn left to face 9:00, feet apart)
5-6	Clap, Slap hands on top of thighs
7-8	Bend knees slightly and shake your butt ("digga digga digga")

1-2&3	Step side Right, Kick Left, Step together on ball of Left, Step side Right
4	Kick Left and clap
5-6&7	Step side Left, Kick Right, Step together on ball of Right, Step side Left
8	Kick Right and clap

1-2	Turn 1/4 left to face 6:00 stepping side Right, Step shoulder with apart Left
3-4	Drop Right knee in, Drop Left knee in
5	Pop knees back to straightened position and stick your bottom out
6-8	Shake entire lower portion of body ("digga digga digga")
