LEFT ROCKING CHAIR, BIG STEP 1/4 TURN, DRAG TOUCH, BACK, RECOVER

1-2	Rock forward on left, recover weight onto right
3-4	Rock back on left, recover weight onto right
5-6	Turn 1/4 right with BIG step to left, drag right toward left (9:00)
7-8	Rock back on right, recover weight onto left
