NOTE: Those of you that do lindy hop should recognize all of the moves
      presented here.  I wrote this dance to help out my lindy hoppers
      practice their single and partner charleston moves.  All kicks in
      the dance are meant to be done "toe first", i.e. you are pointing
      your toe in the direction of the kick.

BASIC CHARLESTON

1	Rock back on Left foot
2	Rock forward on Right foot
3	Kick Left foot forward
4	Step Left foot beside Right foot
5	Kick Right foot forward
6	Bring Right foot back to center but do not step on it
	(this resembles a hitch)
7	Step Right foot back
8	Hold

BASIC CHARLESTON WITH SIDE KICKS

9	Rock back on Left foot
10	Rock forward on Right foot
11	Kick Left foot forward
12	Step Left foot beside Right foot
13	Kick Right foot forward
14	Bring Right foot back to center but do not step on it
	(this resembles a hitch)
15	Kick Right foot to right side
16	Step Right foot back

1/4 TURN TRAVELING CHARLESTON

17	Rock back on Left foot
18	Rock forward on Right foot
19	Kick Left foot forward
20	Step Left foot down while turning 1/4 turn to left (CCW)
	With weight on Left foot and
	scooting on Left foot to right side on each count:
21	Kick Right foot to right side
22	Hitch Right foot
23	Kick Right foot to right side
24	Step back on Right foot

1/2 TURN TRAVELING CHARLESTON

25	Rock back on Left foot
26	Rock forward on Right foot
27	Kick Left foot forward
28	Step down on Left foot
	(Left foot is at 10:30 relative to Right foot)
	With weight on Left foot and scooting on Left foot
	on each count to turn a 1/2 turn to left (CCW):
29	Kick Right foot to right side
30	Hitch Right foot
31	Kick Right foot to right side
	(after these 3 counts, you will have completed a 1/2 turn)
32	Step back on Right foot

BASIC CHARLESTON WITH FORWARD AND REVERSE KICKS

33	Rock back on Left foot
34	Rock forward on Right foot
35	Kick Left foot forward
36	Bring Left foot back to center but do not step on it
	(this resembles a hitch)
37	Kick Left foot back
38	Bring Left foot back to center but do not step on it
39	Kick Left foot forward
40	Bring Left foot back to center but do not step on it
	(weight stays on Right foot)

TURN AROUND

41	Rock back on Left foot
42	Rock forward on Right foot
43	Kick forward with Left foot
	Note: During counts 44-47, you will be pivoting to the right (CW)
	on your Left foot while kicking with your Right foot
44	With Left foot still forward, turn 1/4 turn to right (CW)
	and step on Left foot (you are now facing 3:00)
45	Continuing turn in same direction (CW), turn a 1/4 turn
	on ball of Left foot and kick Right foot to right side
	(you end up facing 6:00 on count 53,
	and your side kick is towards 9:00)
46	Continuing turn in same direction (CW), pivot 1/4 turn
	(you are now facing 9:00) on Left foot and hitch right leg
47	Continuing turn in same direction (CW), pivot 1/4 turn
	(you are now facing 12:00) on Left foot and
	kick Right foot to right side (this side kick is towards 3:00)
48	Step back on Right foot
