This just means you leave off the last 4 counts and restart dance after the shuffle

This is an easy little dance with a good feel, thanks to the music.
'Candida', the song is definitely a golden oldie because I can
remember it from my youth.... and I'm a golden oldie!

These days candida is a terrible yeast infection (candida albicans)
that some people suffer with - I can't remember it being around
when this song was written. Hope not, or the words take on a
whole new meaning..... let's not go there!

Hope you enjoy the dance and the feel of the
music as you dance the steps. I certainly did.
