inside of the circle and join hands with a new partner.
This will be the lady who was in the row in front of him.
The lady will move backward to the outside of the circle
and join hands with a new partner.
This will be the man who was in the row in back of her.

Lift joined hands to form an arch which the lady starts to go under.
Lady does a full turn to her right to the outside of the circle,
ending up with the weight on her left foot.
During this turn she lets go of the hand of her partner
and joins hands with a new partner.
Man takes 4 steps diagonally to his left,
moving forward to the inside of the circle,
ending up with the weight on his right foot.
Man drops the hand of his partner and joins hands with a new partner.
